How do I know which courses to take?
All initial certification packages come with the appropriate courses to fulfill required categories for the credential. When purchasing renewal packages you will receive credit to then order 40 or 60 hours of courses.

How do I apply for my credential upon completion of all courses?
The link to apply with the NC Board is: https://www.ncsappb.org/credentialing/

When will my courses be available after purchase?
The courses are available immediately after purchase in your Student Center under My Courses.

How do I know the specific category for which each course is approved?

Is CEU Matrix an NCSAPPB-approved education provider?
Yes.

Do I need a degree to apply for a credential in NC?
The CSAC and CCJP do not require a degree, the LCAS requires a Master’s degree.

When/how do I receive my certificate of completion?
Your certificate is available for immediate download upon successful completion of a course.
