Upon completion of these CDCA certification classes for Ohio you will next apply online at this link: OHIO STATE BOARD for your credential. You will attach your 11 Certificates of Completion from us to your application, a transcript is not required. A properly completed Education Grid is also a required attachment, the link below will provide the grid for you. You will only need to add your name and course completion dates.
