Course Description: Overcoming COVID Stress for Addictions and Other Helping Professionals covers the causes and symptoms of COVID-related stress as they apply specifically to addiction counselors and other helping professionals. It focuses on the well-being of the professional rather than the client, addressing tools, work strategies, home-based approaches, and prevention planning to manage stress, anxiety, and depression during the pandemic.
