Course Details
Course Description: Wisdom of the Twelve Steps – 4th Step covers the Fourth Step of the Twelve Steps, designed for addiction counselors and other helping professionals who guide clients through the process of moral inventory and self-examination in recovery. Participants will deepen their understanding of how clients engage with this foundational step across a range of addictive and compulsive behaviors, including substance use, gambling, eating disorders, and other maladaptive patterns. The course frames these behaviors within a shared framework of dysfunctional coping and explores how the Fourth Step supports clients in developing internal solutions to internal problems. Counselors will come away better equipped to support clients as they navigate this challenging and transformative stage of the recovery process.

Using this technique, Earle assist leaders to increase their leadership effectiveness through people skills. He is also a teacher, trainer, author, counselor, and alternative dispute professional. Earle earned a Master’s of Science in Counseling from Texas A&M and has held executive management positions in various fields including industrial construction, private investment banking, and corporate trouble shooting. He is now the president of the Earle Company, an organization dedicated to change.
